Shipping Policy
At Ayesh Mehal, we take pride in delivering our premium products safely and efficiently across Pakistan. Each order is handled with the utmost care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
- Delivery Time: Orders in major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad) typically arrive within 2–4 business days. For other regions, please allow 5–7 business days.
- Processing: All orders are processed within 24–48 hours. You will receive a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched.
- Cash on Delivery: We offer COD for your convenience. Please ensure the exact amount is available at the time of delivery.
7-Day Return & Exchange
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, we offer a straightforward 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions:
- Perfumes: Must be unopened, with the original seal and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for used fragrances.
- Book Bundles: Must be returned as the full set of 11 books. Individual books from the bundle are not eligible for return.
- General Items: All other products must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number. Once the return is inspected and approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.
